In this paper I intend to complement the studies about the Foundations of natural right, that only reconstruct the metaphysical deduction of the body without any reference to the political and economical consequences, and the purely historic-contextual interpretations of the right to existence, showing the intimate relationship that Fichte establishes between these two moments of his theory
